1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and phderm ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), a Philippine-registered online gaming operator licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing the phderm website, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of phderm services following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The phderm Platform is strictly available only to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. phderm employs age verification procedures, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately terminated, with all funds forfeited and relevant authorities notified as required by law.

2.2 Account Registration Requirements

To access gaming services on the phderm Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to: full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, email address, residential address, and government-issued identification number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.

2.3 Account Restrictions

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) phderm account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or termination of all associated accounts. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your account to any third party. Your account credentials (username and password) are personal and confidential; you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are prohibited from registering or using phderm services: individuals under 21 years of age; persons residing in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law; employees of phderm, PAGCOR, or related gaming regulatory bodies and their immediate family members; persons who have self-excluded from gaming activities; individuals with outstanding debts or obligations to phderm; and persons acting on behalf of or in concert with any of the foregoing prohibited persons.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

phderm accepts deposits via various payment methods popular in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay, bank transfers (InstaPay and PESONet), and over-the-counter cash deposits at authorized payment centers. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00), and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You may set personal deposit limits through your account settings as part of our Responsible Gaming tools.

3.2 Withdrawal Policies

Withdrawal requests are processed within five to ten (5-10) minutes for e-wallet transactions (GCash, PayMaya) and within two to four (2-4) hours for bank transfers during standard banking hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Three Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱300.00). Before processing any withdrawal, phderm reserves the right to verify your identity and request supporting documentation, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This verification process may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to complete.

3.3 Bonus and Promotional Funds

Bonus funds, promotional credits, and free play amounts are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable bonus terms and conditions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while table games may contribute at reduced rates. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

3.4 Transaction Fees

phderm does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method operates in a currency other than Philippine Pesos.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play and Game Integrity

All games offered on the phderm Platform utilize Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified by accredited gaming laboratories. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated by the Player or phderm. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game represent theoretical long-term returns and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual gaming sessions.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension or termination: using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to play games; colluding with other players or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity; exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain; engaging in money laundering or other illegal financial activities; using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or funds obtained through illegal means; manipulating, influencing, or attempting to manipulate game outcomes; creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions; sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to access your account; and engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or phderm staff.

4.3 Maximum Winnings and Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits, maximum win amounts, and payout caps may apply to specific games or promotional offers. These limits are clearly displayed in the applicable game rules or promotional terms. phderm reserves the right to void any winnings that result from breaches of betting limits, exploitation of game errors, or violations of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the phderm Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, games, audio, video, and other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the property of phderm or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without prior written permission from phderm.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

phderm is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and other applicable data protection regulations. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phderm Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We employ industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

7. Responsible Gaming

phderm is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We provide various tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activities, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available through your account settings. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to seek help from professional organizations such as the National Council on Problem Gambling or utilize our self-exclusion program, which will prevent you from accessing your account for a minimum period of six (6) months. 8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phderm, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform; any conduct or content of third parties on the Platform; unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; technical failures, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, or software malfunctions; or any other matter relating to the Platform.

The phderm Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. phderm does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

phderm reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to verify your identity or provide requested documentation; suspicious or irregular betting patterns; association with prohibited persons or jurisdictions; requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities; or commercial use of the Platform inconsistent with these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. You may withdraw any remaining account balance subject to verification and compliance with these Terms. Any amounts obtained through breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless phderm, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your use or misuse of the Platform; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any law or regulation; your violation of any rights of a third party; or any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding upon both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, phderm reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or confidential information.

12. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and phderm regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting Customer Support.
